Highlands is hiring energetic and responsible Camp Counselors to help lead games, activities, and supervise campers in a fun and safe environment.

Pay: $16 per hour

Requirements
• Must be at least 16 years old by June 2026
• Enjoy working with children
• Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working outdoors

Responsibilities
• Supervise campers ages 5–12
• Lead games, sports, and activities
• Help maintain a safe and positive camp environment
• Assist with daily camp setup and organization

Training
• CPR / AED / First Aid required
• Free training provided by Highlands before camp begins

Schedule
• June – late August 2026
• Part-time or full-time
• AM, PM, or full-day shifts available

Commitment
• Must be available to work at least 6 weeks during the summer
• Weeks do not need to be consecutive
