Decks can be reserved by members throughout the season!
Highlands has three decks available to reserve:
- Middle Deck, which sits between our two main pools
- Upper Deck, which overlooks our competition pool (aka “Upper Pool’)
- Upper Grassy Area, which is above the competition pool and includes a large expansive grassy area.
Starting in 2025, each deck can be rented for 1 to 4 hours in increments of 1 hour. The Middle Deck and Upper Deck are $25/hr for up to 25 people and $37.50/hr if your party will have between 26 and 50 people.
The Upper Grassy Area is $37.50/hr for up to 25 people, and $50/hr for 26 to 50 people.
If you will have more than 50 people, please request Board approval by emailing Ana Bovari at [email protected].
Please ensure that you leave the area clean in consideration of the next group coming in after you. You’ll need to allow time at the end of the reservation to clean your area and leave it sparkling!
When you are looking for a good date and time for your reservation, you’ll notice that certain events block off the certain decks, such as Swim and Dive Meets, and some Social events, in particular the July 4th Picnic, which is super popular and traditionally a day with many families visiting Highlands, and for which as much free space as possible is needed.
To reserve a deck:
- First go to the the Manage Account page and navigate to Reservations and then Make Reservations. Select a date, time, and duration that works for you.
- Then navigate to Payment and then Make a Payment picking time, duration, and number of guests you who will be attending.
And don’t forget that any attendees who are not Highlands members will need a guest pass to enter. Please work with Ana and her front desk team to coordinate a smooth and effortless guest entry into Highlands.
